OBJECTIVE:

To expand Jolicare’s presence in physical retail stores by securing partnerships with small pharmacy chains and offline retailers. This role focuses on building strong relationships, negotiating deals, managing in-store campaigns, and ensuring smooth execution of sales strategies to drive Jolicare’s offline market growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Retail Expansion & Sales Growth:

  • Identify and approach potential small pharmacy chains and offline retailers for partnership opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly store expansion targets.

2. Account Management & Relationship Building:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to ensure continuous collaboration.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for retail partners, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.

3. Negotiation & Deal Closing:

  • Negotiate pricing, promotional support, and in-store placement to maximize brand visibility.
  • Work closely with retail decision-makers to finalize agreements and ensure Jolicare’s successful entry into new stores.

4. Store Campaigns & Promotions:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute in-store promotional campaigns to drive product awareness and increase sales.
  • Work closely with marketing and retail partners to develop promotional materials, product displays, and sampling activities.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies based on performance insights.

5. Market & Competitor Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance Jolicare’s offline sales performance.
