We’re searching for a dynamic eCommerce Sales Executive to join our team.

Objective:

You’ll focus on drive sales and manage customer support across various marketplaces and sales channels such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopify. Enhance brand awareness, solidify market positioning, and increase revenue.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

a. Optimize Sales On Marketplaces

  • Oversee a full spectrum of marketing, operational, and administrative activities across eCommerce platforms.
  • Implement marketing strategies, promotions, offers, and campaigns to increase sales.
  • Optimize storefront and product listings to enhance conversion rates.
  • Analyze marketplace data to identify trends, monitor performance, and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain up-to-date product details and monitor customer reviews.

b. Customer Support and Interaction

  • Handle customer inquiries and manage transactions across all eCommerce channels.
  • Deliver timely and effective customer service to ensure a world-class customer experience.
  • Monitor and address to customer chats, feedback, reviews, product inquiries, complaints, logistics, returns and refunds, and take appropriate actions promptly within platform SLAs and company guidelines.
  • Serve as a key liaison between customers and the company.

c. Business Development Growth

  • Support & execute the marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Research and understand customer preferences & market trends.
  • Collect and use feedback & insights to improve business decisions and grow business sales.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English, Malay and Mandarin.
  • Proficient in Canva and other design tools.
  • Experience in customer experience on eCommerce is a plus.
  • Experience in digital marketing and design is a plus.
  • Must have a reliable laptop and stable internet connection suitable for remote-first working environment.
  • Minimum 1-year experience in relevant experience such as customer experience or managing eCommerce marketplaces such as Shopee, TikTok Shop and Lazada.
