Welcome to our Guided HR implementation stream for our Asia-Pacific clients. Your journey starts below.
We believe in a simple setup and fast return on your investment. Your guided implementation journey will consist of a series of interactive workshops to help you learn and enable features that provide value to your business– fast! This page will give you access to both our live and on demand workshops.

Phase 1: Core Workshops (Mandatory)
The core workshops are key in setting you up for success. Core workshops 1, 2 and 4 should be attended by all customers. If you are utilising the leave and timesheet management features within Employment Hero, you should also attend core workshop 3.
Core workshop 1 requires you to attend 1 session only (either 1.1 or 1.2), based on your needs.

Core 1.1: Loading employees via payroll integration
See how to import your employees into the platform. Attend this session if you’re integrating with an external payroll platform, or you’ve already built your Employment Hero payroll platform. Please bring your admin access login credentials for your platform.
Note: You will only attend 1.1 or 1.2, based on your needs

Core 1.2: Loading employees via CSV upload
Attend this session if you’re not integrating with payroll, or you’re currently building Employment Hero Payroll. Please bring a list of your employees’ first and last names, email address and their location.

Core 2: Organising employees
Learn how to create reporting lines and set up teams for automation.

Core 3.1: Time and attendance
Learn how to configure leave and timesheet features.

Core 3.2: Loading leave balances
For New Zealand, Singapore and Malaysia customers only, in addition to attending core 3.1. Build leave categories and import employees leave balances. This is for HR Standalone only, no payroll integration.

Core 4: Setting up employee engagement tools (AU)
Set up your company values, learn how to use the company feed, and send out surveys.

Launching Employment Hero 🚀
See how to prepare the platform for launch, customise your invitations, and manage and track employee activations.

Q&A Session
Come to this session prepared with your questions to work through with a Guided HR Consultant. Please ensure you have attended/watched the relevant workshop prior to attending the Q&A. The session covers all workshop topics.
Phase 2: Recommended Workshops
(Non-Mandatory)
Your employees should all be set up (and engaged) on the platform at this stage. Hooray! These recommended workshops are available to help set up the additional features that matter most to your business.
You may opt into as many of these workshops as you like. You will need to complete a minimum of four workshop milestone activities within 30-days to be eligible for your implementation refund.

Managing HR Documents and Templates
Create your own HR Documentation templates, issue HR documents via Employment Hero, upload your existing HR Documentation and set up your authorising signatory.

Managing Certifications
This workshop describes how to assign licences (e.g. a driving license), checks (e.g. right to work), qualifications or training to your employee files, and automate reminders when they approach expiry.

Managing Policies
Utilise Employment Hero policy templates, add in your organisations policies and assign policies to employees. Duration: 2 mins

Managing Security
Set up two-factor authentication, review the audit trail and assign custom security permissions to your employees.

Customising Onboarding
Personalise your onboarding, upload your Induction content, add in custom fields and set up onboarding and offboarding checklists

Managing Assets
See how to setup and assign assets to your employees.

Managing Recruitment
Create a hiring process, integrate with job boards and manage your candidates.

Managing Performance Reviews
Learn how to setup your formal review process.
Phase 3: Advanced Workshops
(Premium & Platinum only)
These optional workshops are designed to help you maximise the value of some of the more advanced, beyond-basic-setup features on the platform to help you transform the way you manage HR day-to-day.
