Job Title: Senior Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join our team in the hospitality and catering industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth, increase brand awareness, and generate leads. This role requires strong analytical skills, creative thinking, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.

2. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends.

3. Create engaging content for various marketing channels including websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, etc.

4. Manage digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to maximize ROI.

5. Monitor website analytics using tools such as Google Analytics to track performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and product development to ensure alignment of marketing efforts.

7. Organize promotional events or initiatives to enhance brand visibility within the target market segment.

8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities in order to identify new opportunities for growth.

Skills:

1. Proven experience in developing successful marketing strategies within the hospitality or catering industry is preferred.

2. Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques including SEO/SEM practices, social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads Manager), email marketing automation tools (Mailchimp), etc.

3.Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create compelling content across different platforms (websites,blogs,social media).

4.Proficient in using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar software for tracking campaign performance metrics

5.Ability to analyze market research data effectively & translate findings into actionable insights

6.Highly organized individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

7.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability work well both independently & collaboratively within a team

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.

2.Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing roles within the hospitality & catering industry.

3.Experience in digital marketing strategies and campaigns.

4.Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing plans.
