Job summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resource Administrator to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the human resource function, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
– Manage the recruitment process from posting job openings to conducting interviews and making job offers
– Maintain employee records, including personnel files, benefits information, and performance evaluations
– Administer employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off
– Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations like FMLA, ADA, and EEOC
– Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
– Handle employee relations issues like conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations
– Develop HR policies to align with company goals
and objectives
– Conduct training sessions on topics such as sexual harassment prevention,
diversity awareness,and workplace safety
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
– 2+ years of experience in HR administration
– Strong knowledge of HR best practices,labor laws,and regulations
– Excellent communication skills
Interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently
Strong attention to detail Organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office
