Job Summary
This position provides opportunity to grow in the fast-evolving payments industry, with hands-on experience in payments, settlement and reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Billing & Invoicing: Prepare and issue accurate monthly customer invoices in line with contract terms.
2. Transaction Data Tracking: Track daily transaction data, maintain statements of accounts, and ensure accurate records for P&L tracking
3. Settlement Management: Verify settlement and payment amounts, prepare payment files and follow up on settlement for the issuing and/or acquiring business.
4. Backoffice Operations: Manage and execute core back-office operations via internal and external portals including but not limited to setup of operational accounts, and managing balances across third party platforms.
5. Reporting: Prepare and present monthly billing and revenue reports and/or financial KPIs for internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Must-Have:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in billing, financial reconciliation, or transaction support
• Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, data cleansing, trend analysis)
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness in deliverables.
Nice-to-Have:
• Background in fintech, payment processing, or transaction-based businesses
• Experience working with third-party platforms or bank portals
• Comfort with back-office tasks and operational finance procedures.
