Role Overview

Work on behalf of a global client targeting the English-speaking SEA market. Full-time, office-based in Bangsar South, KL.

  • Outbound cold calls, lead follow-up, appointment setting, lead generation
  • Use CRM, diallers, email automation
  • Keep databases accurate
  • Client briefings and training
  • Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am–5pm Singapore time (no weekends/overtime)

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B telemarketing, IT pre-sales, or inbound/outbound sales calls
  • Fluent business English
  • Confident making outbound calls to business people
  • Comfortable with CRM and software tools
  • Relevant degree is a plus
