Digital Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and execute marketing strategies to establish brand consistency and increase sales.
• Manage the execution of our social media content across different channels such as Facebook, Instagram, XHS and Tik Tok
• Plan social media content calendar (including content ideation, copywriting, planning visuals and scheduling posts)
• Assist in executing social advertising to promote content that will achieve set targets.
• Assist in tracking the success of our social media campaigns via reports, including the use of our tools and systems.
• Assist with generating insights and propose improvements in line with the company’s objectives.
• Stay abreast with the latest social media best practices and trends, from internal or external avenues.
• Work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects concurrently.

Qualification & Requirement

• A diploma or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred
• In-depth knowledge of all leading social media platforms and their features, especially Tik Tok & XHS
• Experience in managing Tik Tok & XHS accounts
• Strong sense of social media trends in relevant markets, as well as content based on language
• Proficient in using social media management and analytics tools
• Excellent understanding of social media marketing concepts and best practices
• Proven working experience as a Digital Marketer or any Social Media Marketing-related role in any industry is an added advantage.
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, images, and video)
• Personality: Strong communication skills, willing to explore new things, proactive and strong learner
• SEO working experience will be a plus point
