Summary: We are seeking a Customer Success Manager in Kuala Lumpur to enhance client relationships and ensure satisfaction. Responsibilities: – Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction. – Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective solutions. – Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs and gather feedback. – Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met and exceeded. – Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. – Create and deliver training sessions and resources to help customers maximize product usage. – Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential issues. – Prepare and present reports on customer success metrics to management. Qualifications: – Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. – 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role. – Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. – Proven problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset. – Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights. – Familiarity with CRM software and customer success tools. – Fluency in English; proficiency in Malay or Mandarin is a plus.
