About This Role:

As a Sales & Client Success Assistant, you’ll work closely with the Management Support team to ensure that our client’s needs are met and assist in executing Client Success processes. You’ll help us build long-term relationships with our clients and turn Accounting Superhero’s most engaged clients into vocal advocates of our service platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for client communication, account management, and customer support.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Recommend suitable products and services based on client needs and business objectives.
  • Prepare and manage sales quotes, proposals, and invoices, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Support sales presentations, lead tracking, and pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure successful service delivery.
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, client outreach, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM and other business systems.

Requirements:

  • Highly proficient in writing and speaking in English.
  • At least 1 year of meaningful experience in client-facing roles, account management, or strategic consulting organization in the related field or industry.
  • Accounting & bookkeeping technology experience is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and concepts.
