About This Role

As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for handling the day-to-day tasks in the Accounts department. You will assist the Accounting department with data entry, processing, and recording transactions, updating the ledger, assisting with audits or fact-checking, and preparing budgets and reports. You should be thorough, accurate, and honest with good bookkeeping skills.

You Will Work On:

  • Handling the day-to-day tasks in the Accounts department.
  • Assisting the senior executive in managing, processing and regulating accounts and transactions as well as maintaining great financial records of Accounting Superhero.
  • Assist in managing client’s books, meeting client’s presumptions and proactively working to ensure client’s satisfaction and retention.
  • Responsibilities:

  • Assist with preparing accounts, financial statements and assist in audits when necessary.
  • Assist with the liaising and attending to clients.
  • Assist with the preparation of accounting schedules for audit and financial statements preparation.
  • Assist with liaise with auditors in preparation of clients’ financial accounts.
  • Assist in managing clients’ accounting deadlines.
  • Assist with GST preparation.
  • Attending to finance function for clients.
  • Digitization of documents and correspondences.
  • Maintain and update client database.
  • Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accountancy
  • Required language(s): English
