Job summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist/IT Administrator to join our team at our APAC headquarters in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our global digital systems, including both software and hardware components.
Skills:
– Strong technical skills in software and hardware troubleshooting
– Proficiency in network administration and security
– Knowledge of apple ecosystem (iOS, iPadOS, MacOS)
– Experience with system integration and implementation
– Knowledge of cloud computing technologies
– Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities:
– Manage and maintain all digital systems within the organization
– Troubleshoot software and hardware issues as they arise
– Implement new technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of digital systems
– Provide technical support to employees as needed
– Collaborate with IT team members on various projects
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
– 3+ years of experience in a similar role
– Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g. Microsoft, Apple, Cisco) preferred
– Strong understanding of network security protocols
Salary: 5500 – 8500 MYR per month full-time
