Description

As an exhibition executive, your primary responsibility will be to plan, organize, and manage exhibitions and trade shows. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure the successful execution of exhibitions. Your role will involve:

1. Exhibition Planning: Collaborating with clients to understand their objectives, requirements, and budget for the exhibition. Developing a comprehensive plan, including timelines, budgets, and logistical arrangements.

2. Venue Selection and Management: Researching and selecting suitable exhibition venues. Negotiating contracts with venue owners and managing all aspects of venue logistics, including space allocation, setup, and breakdown.

3. Exhibitor Management: Coordinating with exhibitors to ensure their requirements are met. Facilitating exhibitor registration, booth allocation, and providing support throughout the exhibition.

4. Marketing and Promotion: Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the exhibition. Creating marketing materials, coordinating advertising campaigns, and utilizing various channels to attract exhibitors and visitors.

5. Sponsorship and Partnership Development: Identifying potential sponsors and partners for the exhibition. Developing sponsorship packages, negotiating agreements, and managing relationships with sponsors and partners.

6. Budget Management: Creating and managing exhibition budgets. Tracking expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and providing regular financial reports.

7. On-Site Event Management: Overseeing all aspects of the exhibition during the event. Managing exhibitor setup, coordinating event logistics, and ensuring a smooth flow of activities.

8. Visitor Experience: Ensuring a positive experience for exhibition visitors. Implementing crowd management strategies, organizing engaging activities, and providing necessary amenities.

9. Post-Event Evaluation: Conducting post-event evaluations to assess the success of the exhibition. Collecting feedback from exhibitors and visitors, analyzing data, and identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:

– Proven experience in exhibition planning and management.

– Strong organizational and project management skills.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

– Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

– Knowledge of event marketing and promotional strategies.

– Familiarity with exhibition industry trends and best practices.

– Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

– Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in event management, marketing, business, or a related field.
