Job title: HR Manager
Job summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes in our advertising & PR company. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, training and development, performance management, compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment.
Skills:
– Proven experience as an HR manager in the advertising & PR industry
– Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
– Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
– Manage the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires
– Oversee employee relations issues including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
– Implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
– Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
– Manage performance appraisal process
– Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR manager in the advertising & PR industry
– SHRM certification is a plus
– Proficient in MS Office applications
– Experience working with HRIS systems
