Job description
Responsible for smooth operation of the floor assigned.
Responsible for the performance of floor crews.
Daily allocation of task to crew members.
Ensure high quality floor maintenance.
Notify the cafe manager of low or depleted cafe supplies.
Provide information and communication about visual displays.
Welcome customers to the cafe
Take orders, serve beverages and prepared food to customer.
Keep the area clean at all times
Follow the health and safety regulations
Job rotation to other areas within the cafe
Communicate customer feedback to cafe manager
Immediate starters an added advantage
Requirements
Must be able to work on rotational shifts including weekends & public holidays
Able to communicate in English
Able to multi-task when required
