Job Summary:
We are seeking an entry-level accountant to join our team in the accountancy industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily accounting tasks and ensuring the financial records of our clients are accurate and up-to-date. Responsibilities:
– Assisting with daily accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable management, bank reconciliation, etc.
– Preparing financial reports on a monthly/quarterly basis for clients
– Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions
– Communicating with clients regarding their financial needs
– Participating in audits or other projects related to client accounts
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
-Minimum 1-year experience working in an entry-level accounting role (internship experience will be considered)
-Knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero preferred but not required.
