OBJECTIVE:
To enhance brand growth and customer loyalty by implementing comprehensive CRM marketing strategies, optimizing customer engagement journeys, and producing high-quality, SEO-optimized content. This role aims to strengthen our market position and drive sustainable growth through innovative marketing solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
a. CRM Marketing & Messaging Strategy
- Build and execute customer engagement journeys and marketing campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and other digital channels.
- Work with CRM tools to schedule and deploy marketing messages to segmented audiences.
- Develop automation strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and use insights to refine strategies, improving conversion rates and maximizing customer lifetime value.
b. Customer Experience Journey & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Design and implement customer journey workflows for new campaigns or client engagements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer interaction touchpoints.
- Work closely with product, sales, and design teams to ensure marketing strategies are cohesive and aligned with business objectives and product launches.
- Integrate consumer feedback into marketing strategies to enhance the customer experience and optimize engagement across all platforms.
c. SEO Strategy & Content Creation
- Produce engaging, informative, and SEO-optimized content such as videos, photos, and blog posts that align with the brand’s voice and appeal to the target audience.
- Oversee the content calendar to ensure a consistent and impactful content strategy that supports overarching marketing goals.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase website traffic and improve search engine rankings.
d. Business Development & Growth
- Support and execute marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
- Research and understand customer preferences and market trends.
- Collect and use feedback and insights to improve business decisions and grow business sales.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the superior.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Malay (both written and spoken). Mandarin is a plus.
- Proficient in Canva and other design tools.
- Proficient in Capcut or other video editing tools.
- Experience in Content Writing, Copywriting, Journalism is a plus.
- Experience in customer experience on eCommerce is a plus.
- Must have a reliable laptop and stable internet connection suitable for remote-first working environment.

- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with proven ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
