Description

The Administrative Executive is responsible for part of the day-to-day administrative operations at the ACE EdVenture schools.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure that students’ information is up-to-date.
  • Ensure that the workflow and scope within the Administration Department and between other departments are followed and streamlined.
  • Logging all data from physical enquiry forms.
  • Preparation i.e. photocopying, printing, creation, etc. of documents requested by the Principal, Vice Principal, Administration Manager, Academic, and Non-Academic departments.
  • Coordinate organisation wide updates and announcements that go out to parents and students.
  • Prepare memorandum for internal circulation.
  • Taking stock of office stationery supplies.

Requirements and Skills

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree holder
  • Knowledge of using software like Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Accuracy of information and attention to detail
  • Good organisational skills
  • Emotional intelligence and management
  • Ability to collaborate with all levels of people in the organisation
  • Maintaining confidentiality with students’ information
