Managing the company’s relationship with the client and working with other staff members on client projects

Overseeing the development of new products or services that meet the client’s needs

Developing proposals for new business opportunities or ways to improve existing offerings in response to changing market conditions or client needs

Managing the client relationship, including overseeing the work of other staff members involved in the project such as account managers or project managers

Assigning tasks to other staff members who will be working on specific projects with the client
