Join a leading name in the Hail & Specialised Automotive Repair Industry! Aussie Automotive Group is currently seeking an Accounts Allrounder to become part of our dynamic Head Office team based in Willawong, QLD.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable

Accurately code and process supplier invoices
Set up new suppliers and maintain detailed financial records
Reconcile supplier statements monthly
Process corporate credit card transactions

Accounts Receivable

Allocate payments received for vehicle repairs and services
Manage invoicing, customer statements, and payment inquiries
Raise and reconcile intercompany invoices

General Duties

Perform daily bank reconciliations
Monitor and manage the accounts inbox and incoming calls
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
Provide adhoc support to the broader finance team

What We’re Looking For

Demonstrated experience in a similar Accounts Officer or Accounts Allrounder role (minimum 2+ years)
Proficient in MYOB and Microsoft Office Suite
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial record-keeping
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Team-first attitude and a proactive mindset
