Aussie Automotive Group is a leading automotive hail and collision repair specialist, proudly partnering with the largest insurers in Australia. We are seeking a motivated and professional Receptionist / Administration Support person to join our Head Office team based in Willawong.

This entry-level role is perfect for a school leaver or anyone looking to launch a career in administration. While experience in the automotive or insurance industry is a plus, we’re happy to train the right candidate who brings a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

This is a full-time, in-office role Monday – Friday.

Key Duties

Welcome and assist customers and visitors in a professional, friendly manner
Manage inbound and outbound enquiries from insurance companies and customers
Assist with coordinating customer assessments and repair bookings
Assist with scheduling vehicle transport collections and drop-offs
Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure a positive experience
Keep the reception area clean, organised, and presentable
Perform basic data entry and record-keeping tasks
Undertake adhoc administrative duties as required

About You

Friendly, reliable and professional manner
Organised and able to multi-task
Enthusiastic, eager to help and a genuine team player
Comfortable using computers, including Outlook and basic office programs
Valid driver’s license and own transport required
