About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher Aide to join our dynamic team at Robotics and AI Training in East Tamaki Auckland. This is a contract position, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the education and development of our students.

What you'll be doing

Providing one-on-one or small group support to students, assisting them with learning activities and reinforcing key concepts

Collaborating with teachers to implement lesson plans and create engaging educational experiences

Monitoring student progress and communicating with teachers to identify areas for improvement

Assisting with the preparation and organisation of classroom materials and resources

Participating in professional development opportunities to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a positive difference in the lives of students

Experience working as a Teacher Aide or in a similar educational support role

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers and parents

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively

A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
