Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Provide guidance and support to junior recruiters and other team members
Utilize various recruitment tools and techniques to identify and attract top talent
Negotiate offers and close deals with candidates and clients
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure a competitive edge

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, with a focus on senior-level positions
Proven track record of success in recruitment, including meeting or exceeding targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
