Are you a people-focused planner with a knack for recruitment and a love for fast-paced environments? We’re looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to lead the charge in staffing, scheduling, and HR coordination for our dynamic event management team.

Your Role

As our new People & Culture Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for:

Recruiting and onboarding casual staff for a wide range of events—from high-profile brand ambassador gigs to large-scale one-day activations.
Scheduling and rostering staff using digital tools, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time.
Building relationships with our core casuals, nurturing talent, and creating pathways for growth.
Collaborating with Event Managers to forecast staffing needs and proactively plan ahead.
Improving systems and processes to reduce last-minute scrambles and increase efficiency.
Supporting traditional P&C coordinator duties such as employee relations, Onboarding/Offboaridng, performance management, and compliance.
Assisting in the development and implementation of P&C policies and procedures.
Providing support in training and development initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in recruitment and HR coordination
Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
A proactive mindset—you don’t wait for problems, you prevent them.
Excellent communication skills and a people-first approach.
Experience with Employment Hero is desirable but not essential
Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
