Dear Future Educator…
Can you be kind and patient and support my learning? My School The Akidamy, is looking for a new educator for me. There are some requirements you will need to have:
1. Previous substantial experience (2 years minimum) working in an early childhood setting, ideally in an under-4 years environment. 2. Completed a Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care. 3. An ability to plan innovative and engaging child-initiated curriculums, incorporating both indoor and outdoor environments, sustainability and nature play. 4. Be able to document children’s learning and development to a high standard to make children’s learning visible. 5. An open mindset that is positive and adaptable to change.
You will receive from the Akidamy at least 2–3 hrs/week to create the curriculum and do your observations. Our school is beautiful and purpose-built, enhanced with digital technology and has lots of resources, including a designated Atelier, to further explore my interests. Mr David, our school chef, will cook lunch for you every day, so just bring yourself.

Programming Time
Staff programming time off the floor based on professionals and responsibilities:
- 2hrs per week programming time for all Educators.
- 3hrs per week programming time for all Studio Leaders.
- 4hrs per week programming time for all Early Childhood Teachers.
