The Real Wrap Co are a team of sandwich and food-to-go experts creating delicious and imaginative choices for sandwich lovers to explore. Incorporated in 2012 by two childhood friends – Jason and Phillippe – we started out as a healthy toasted wrap shop in the heart of Bristol. With growing popularity amongst students, the business soon moved into wholesale across Bristol universities and schools and expanded its offer to include sandwiches and cold wraps. All members of the team are expected with create and foster a positive, collaborative work environment to support us on our journey to become an employer of choice, to promote and sustain our eco focus and uphold our values, which include pride, respect and positivity. Whether you join our Logistics, Operations or Shared Services areas, all of us work as a tight knit team to ensure a smooth but rapid chain of events through the business!
OPERATIONS AREA:
The journey of the tastiest sandwiches (maybe we are biased a little!)!
Goods In – where our ingredients arrive into the factory and are audited, checked, washed, stored and prepared
WIPS – the ingredients are cooked, sliced, mixed, and danced through the department ready for assembly
Production – the creation of tasty miracles – where the magic happens and ingredients become products through an assembly line of quality creation
Holding Fridge – where the products are stored, cooled, stacked and checked
Goods Out – the products are boxed up, ship shape, and picked by order and put ready for the drivers to deliver to our customers
LOGISTICS AREA:
Despatch – the moving and assembling of the boxed products into orders and prepare for transport by the transport team
Transport – the team that gets the goods together and gets them on the road to our customers and clients so that YOU can taste the best sandwiches available (again, we acknowledge we are biased, but we know a good thing when we see it)
SHARED SERVICES:
All the helpful people behind the scenes making the business run smoothly!
NPD, HR, Finance, Customer Service, Branding, Projects and IT, Technical, Engineering, Hygiene – everyone working together to drive the business forward!

On site parking is available for permenant staff through obtaining a parking permit from our HR team.
