What's our Recruitment Process?

We are a growing business, with many exciting opportunities on the horizon! We encourage talent from all sectors to apply for our positions – we are always on the look out for unique talent who have different sets of skills. To work with us, you are required to have the Right to Work in Australia, a valid NDIS Workers Screening Check, and return two satisfactory reference checks.

This will go through to our Recruitment portal where our Hiring Manager can review your application. We strongly recommend to submit both a cover letter and resume. If you haven’t been successful in progressing with your application, we will notify you by email. We always encourage candidates to keep an eye on our available positions – there is always new opportunities throughout the year!

We will begin to shortlist candidates based on the Key Selection Criteria for each role. We will contact shortlisted candidates by phone and email. We will usually say hello, get to know you, and work to understand your suitability for the role you have applied for.

Some shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview. This is your opportunity to shine! Let us know why you are the perfect candidate for the position. We may be interviewing other candidates as well – we will always let you know the outcome of your interview.

Working in the Disability Sector, there are important compliance measures we must take when onboarding someone to our organisation. After a successful interview, we will let you know that you are a preferred candidate. This means that we will need to sight some documentation from you, conduct various checks, including reference checks from previous employers.

Once you have completed a successful interview, pre employment checks and we are confident you are the right candidate – we can progress to an official offer! Your contract signing and onboarding process can take a few days as we get everything ready to welcome you to the team!
