Nothing beats the feeling of knowing that what you do each day is having a real impact and that is exactly what you will get as part of our team.
Working in an Early Learning service provides an opportunity to make a real difference in the way a child approaches not just learning, but life in general. As an Early Childhood Educator at The Atlantis Group, you’ll share in children’s experiences, see them grow, learn and develop under your care. Your guidance, support and encouragement can have a truly profound impact on the outcomes of a child’s health, wellbeing and learning.
Aside from endless careers opportunities and working as part of a like-minded, passionate team of professionals, when working at The Atlantis Group, you will experience a whole lot of fun as you share your passion for life, imagination and creation with the children in your care, whether that involves becoming a story teller, an astronaut, a dragon or a lion tamer!
At the Atlantis Group we believe that our values should align with yours.
We are always on the look out for passionate people who love to work with children and to make a difference, but also people who love to work as part of a team. TEAM, is at the centre of our company values as we believe that our team is what makes us successful.

The Atlantis Group Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) services consist of Before School, After School and Vacation Care programs for Primary School aged children (generally between 5 to 12 years). Our services are based mostly on site at Primary Schools providing care for the children attending that school.
Working as part of our OSHC team is extremely rewarding and exciting and offers the following:
with shifts enabling you to work around other commitments (study, family, etc.)
to plan and lead a variety of activities, excursion and programs that actively support learning and the children’s holistic development.
to build relationships with children and their families to help positively influence and shape the lives of the next generation.
