Headquartered in Perth, Western Australia our sites are currently all in WA.
Spirit and vision have driven us from where we started to where we are today. Our future is backed by large investors seeking to expand the company nationally, and internationally. Our growth needs to be underpinned by hiring good people – not just more people.
About Us
Founded in 2020, Terra Mining was created out of a desire to reform mining contractor services. From the beginning, we’ve aspired to be a moderniser in mining.
This desire helped build both a culture and reputation that has powered our evolution from contractor to integrated producer – allowing us to provide vastly increased opportunities to our team and stakeholders.
Sharp and steady focus on performance in all sectors of our operations has positioned us to expand at a rate few thought achievable.
We now operate a site of our own and three contracted labour sites. We’re expanding systems to cope with the larger workforce and the genuine desire to build positive workplace cultures in a challenging labour market.

Competitive Salaries
We believe in compensating our employees fairly for their hard work and dedication. Our salaries are competitive and reflective of industry standards. Extra time on shifts is always paid out, and superannuation is paid on ALL HOURS WORKED – not just your ordinary hours. We also pay for travelling to site,
Shift Arrangements
We understand that everyone has different needs and responsibilities outside of work. That’s why at some sites we can offer different shift arrangements such as 2/2, 2/1, 8/6 depending on the job and site requirements

Balanced meals and gym equipment is available at all our sites, and staff are actively encouraged to take care of themselves first and foremost.
