We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Brisbane team as a Junior Internal Sales and Warehouse Coordinator.

Position Overview:

As a Junior Sales and Warehouse Coordinator at Teksal Safety, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations between our sales team, warehouse and customers. This dynamic role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills, the desire to learn and the ability to thrive in a close knit team.

Responsibilities:

Prepare sales quotations.

Assist with processing sales orders and inquiries from both internal and external customers.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

Maintain inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to prevent shortages or overages.

Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against purchase orders.

Organise and maintain the warehouse to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Prepare orders for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and coordinating with carriers.

Assist with general warehouse duties, including picking, packing, and loading/unloading shipments.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

Completed high school Year 12 (WACE or equivalent) ; additional education or training in sales or logistics is a plus.

Previous experience in a sales or warehouse environment preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.

Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately perform tasks such as pricing, data entry and inventory management.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
