Sunflower Services provides high quality, client-centric NDIS services. We ensure our staff are well trained, supported and confident in their role. We are extremely motivated to make a difference in people’s lives and strive to enable individuals to reach their full potential. We are committed to investing into the shaping and delivery of NDIS supports and services which genuinely respond to client needs – both current and emerging. Sunflower Services is proudly female-founded, owned and led. Our work is grounded in lived experience, compassion and a commitment to equity in the NDIS space. We believe strong, inclusive leadership creates safer, more connected communities, and we’re proud to reflect that in the way we support our participants, our staff, and each other. We aspire to be a company that is accepting of growth and adaptable to new and emerging NDIS frameworks. We aspire to bridge the gap between the mental health system and the NDIS, providing sound knowledge, education and supports that are holistic, culturally sound and goal and recovery oriented. We wish to become a leader in the NDIS space in Adelaide, Newcastle and the Gold Coast. We aim to increase our employability in regional regions, building job viability and stimulating the local communities with employment stability and supporting an equal opportunity framework. Our aim is to inspire workers to act within a trauma-informed framework, creating resilient, compassionate and well-resourced Sunflower staff members.
