You will lead the end-to-end management of our eCommerce platform and auction site, ensuring seamless website maintenance, product management and integrations. You are comfortable managing external digital marketing agencies and overseeing campaigns that align with the brand’s identity.

Additionally, you’ll leverage data analytics to monitor performance, inform decisions, and report on return on investment (ROI) from digital marketing efforts.

With your strategic mindset and expertise, you will help optimize digital channels, maximize profitability, and ensure the success of SE Products’ digital and eCommerce initiatives.

Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions

Digital and Ecommerce

• Design and execute the digital components of the retail strategy.

• End-to-end management of Official Memorabilia’s store and auction site and its connected systems.

• Own and drive SE Products revenue through online channels.

• Oversee website maintenance, including content management, product uploads, and the continuous improvement of tools, processes, and integrations.

• Manage external digital marketing partners to ensure alignment with the brand's look and feel.

• Website UX optimisation for optimal performance.

• Manage marketing budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget with a strategic and analytical focus on ROI.

Digital Analytics

• Use data science and analytics to support informed decision-making.

• Provide ROI reporting on digital marketing efforts.

• Manage and optimise email direct marketing (EDM) campaigns.

• Monitor and report on tracking, commissions, and performance analytics.

Stakeholder Management

• Manage accounts for clubs, leagues, third-party vendors, and VIP customers.

• Lead a customer-focused culture, motivating and guiding team members towards continual development and improvement.

• Oversee affiliate account management and partnerships.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing, digital performance or ecommerce role.

• Solid commercial experience including insight into retailer strategies and activity.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is desirable
