About the Role

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll help bring our marketing strategy to life - creating social media content, boosting online presence and building local partnerships to drive enrolments and community engagement. Reporting to the Director, you’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to roll out marketing initiatives that support our business goals.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok to generate leads and increase brand awarenessDevelop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives
Collaborate with SEO/SEM contractors to improve online visibility and generate leads
Manage website updates and ensure SEO best practices
Liaise with marketing agencies and external suppliers
Coordinate local promotions, events and partnerships with community groups, preschools and shopping centres
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure digital marketing strategies align with overall business objectives
Monitor and report on campaign performance and customer acquisition
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels

About You

You're organised, motivated and ready to take initiative. You enjoy both the creative and analytical sides of marketing and you’re excited to work in a role where community impact and digital engagement go hand in hand.

What You’ll Bring

✔️ Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar marketing role

✔️ Strong digital marketing knowledge (including social media and website platforms)

✔️ Experience managing content calendars and social media accounts

✔️ Proficiency in CRM systems and Office 365

✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

✔️ Ability to work independently across multiple projects

Bonus Points If You Have

🎯 Experience in community marketing or children's services

🎨 Graphic design skills (Canva/Adobe Creative Suite)

📈 Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
