About Us

RJN Cua Vineyards is a family-owned and operated vineyard located in the heart of the beautiful Sunraysia region. We pride ourselves on producing high-quality grapes and fostering a positive and productive work environment. With the 2026 harvest season on the horizon, we are seeking expressions of interest from enthusiastic and hard-working individuals to join our picking crew.

The Role

We are looking for reliable and physically fit individuals to assist with our table grape harvest, commencing in January 2026. This is a seasonal, casual position with work available for the duration of the picking season.

Key Responsibilities:

Carefully hand-picking table grapes according to our quality and ripeness standards
Packing grapes into boxes or bags in the field.
Working efficiently both individually and as part of a team to meet daily targets.
Following all workplace health and safety procedures.
General vineyard tasks as required.

What We Are Looking For:

Individuals who are physically fit and capable of working outdoors for extended periods in warm conditions.
A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Reliability and excellent punctuality are essential.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Previous vineyard or fruit picking experience is highly regarded, but not essential as full training will be provided.
Must have the legal right to work in Australia.
