The Role

You’ll be part of the commercial sales team, speaking with UK businesses, gathering accurate information and creating qualified opportunities for our Corporate Pricing team.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

High-volume outbound B2B calling

Speaking with gatekeepers & decision makers

Requesting and validating commercial energy bills

Qualifying renewal dates, suppliers and decision processes

Updating records accurately in our CRM (HubSpot)

Passing qualified opportunities to Pricing

Working to activity, quality and revenue targets

Additional for Senior Level:

Strong call control & objection handling

Deeper commercial qualification

Higher quality, revenue-ready opportunities

Driving conversion and influencing team performance

What We’re Looking For

Lead Generator Level:

Confidence on the phone

Resilience & willingness to learn

Target-driven mindset

Good organisation and accuracy

Strong work ethic and desire to earn commission

Industry experience is beneficial but not essential for the entry level role.

Senior Level:

Proven outbound B2B sales experience

Track record of consistent target achievement

Excellent call control & objection handling

High standards of quality & compliance

Professional and accountable

Industry experience is essential for the senior role.
