Salary Packaging and Entertainment Benefits
As a Public Benevolent Institution (PBI) RA NT can offer up to $15,899 per annum of the salary, tax fee, and up to $2,650 per annum pro rata, tax free as a fringe benefit, conditions apply.
Annual Leave
5 weeks per annum pro rata with leave Loading of 17.5% will be payable on annual leave per annum pro rata.
Christmas Leave
3-4 days of leave (without Leave Loading) are given between Christmas and New Year during the RA-NT Office Closure.
Wellness Day
As part of our commitment to wellbeing, staff are given one day off per financial year to pursue a wellness activity.
Employee Assistance Program
An external wellbeing service supporting employees through difficult periods in their personal or professional lives, which can be accessed by staff and immediate family members, conditions apply.
Professional Development
We provide professional development (Clinical Staff: $3,000 total of 10 days PD leave pro rata / Corporate staff: $2,000 total of 8 days PD leave pro rata). PD is accessible after three months of continuous service.
Relocation Allowance
An allowance of up to $4,000 is payable if relocating from interstate, conditions apply.

Refer a friend to work at RA NT. If they are successful in gaining the position and continue beyond their probation, you are eligible for a $500 Referral Fee.
