We are seeking an experienced Integration Solutions Architect to join our team. In this role, reporting to the Software Development Manager within our IT Delivery team, you will drive the design and execution of robust integration solutions, seamlessly connecting our SaaS platform with key customers and vendors in the Australian Real Estate market.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Architecture

• Enable the technical vision and strategy for our integration platform

• Design and build scalable, secure, and performant end-to-end integration architectures to underpin our business goals

• Extend and maintain integration patterns, standards, and best practices

• Create and maintain our integration technology roadmap aligned with business objectives

Technical Leadership

• Architect and extend modern integration solutions utilising:

o RESTful APIs and GraphQL

o Event-driven architectures

o Serverless computing

o API gateways

o Web service interfaces

o Integration patterns (orchestration, transformation)

o CRM Marketplace APPs

• As required, lead the evaluation and adoption of new integration technologies and approaches

• As required, provide technical oversight and mentorship to development teams

• Design and implement security patterns for API and integration security

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with strategic customers and vendors to understand integration requirements

• Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders

• Drive consensus on integration approaches across multiple teams

• Present integration strategies and roadmaps to executive stakeholders

Quality & Documentation

• Define integration testing strategies and quality standards

• Create comprehensive technical documentation and architecture diagrams

• Establish monitoring and observability practices for integrations

• Lead technical design reviews and architecture governance

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Expertise

• 7+ years of software development experience with cloud native architectures

• Deep expertise in AWS integration services

• Strong proficiency in PHP and modern programming languages

• Hands-on experience with:

o GraphQL and REST API design

o Event-driven architectures

o OAuth and API security

o CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

o Microservices architecture patterns

o CRM Marketplace App Development

• Experience with real estate industry integrations is highly valued

Domain Knowledge

• Understanding of real estate and financial services integration patterns

• Experience with Australian Real Estate CRM systems, marketplace applications, and third-party financial services APIs would be highly preferred
