About our Company
Australian Veteran Health Services (AVHS) is a medical service built by Veterans, for Veterans. We started back in 2021 when a group of medical officers driven by a shared passion for better veteran care saw a real need for support during the transition from military to civilian life. What began with just three doctors, one nurse, and a small support team has grown into a dedicated crew of general practitioners, occupational physicians, psychiatrists, nurses, psychologists, mental health clinicians and support staff, working across three clinics and our corporate office. We offer care that’s specifically tailored to the unique needs of current and ex-service members—whether it’s in one of our clinics or through telehealth.

What drives us is pretty simple—we care deeply about doing right by veterans. We’re honest and upfront, so they’ll always know where they stand and what to expect. We aim to get the best possible outcome for them, and we’re always looking for better ways to make the process easier and more effective. We take the time to really listen, without judgment, because we know everyone’s experience is different. And with the knowledge and experience we’ve built, we’re here to guide them through the system and stand by their side every step of the way.
