Job Summary: As an HR Assistant at Peopleworks Cleaning Services , you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and assisting with various HR-related tasks. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of HR processes, enhancing employee satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support: Assists in job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Coordinate candidate communication and maintain recruitment records. Assist in conducting new employee orientations.

Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, both physical and digital.

Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations. Assist in updating and organizing employee files.

Benefits Administration: Assist with benefits enrolment, changes, and inquiries.

Collaborate with employees to resolve benefits-related issues. Keep abreast of changes in benefits programs and communicate updates to employees.

Onboarding and Offboarding: Prepare and distribute onboarding materials.

Coordinate employee exit processes, including exit interviews and documentation.

Employee Relations: Assist in addressing employee queries and concerns.

Maintain a positive and respectful HR environment. Support HR in handling employee grievances and conflicts.

Compliance and Policies: Assist in ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed.

Assist in compliance with labour laws and regulations. Participate in HR audits and reporting.

General Administrative Support: Schedule meetings and appointments for the HR team.

Prepare HR documents, reports, and presentations. Assist with special HR projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role (1-2 years preferred).

Knowledge of HR laws and regulations is a plus.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
