At Pace Farm, we’re all about perfecting the art of fresh, flavorful eggs — and it all starts with our strong family values, which have been at the heart of everything we do since the 1970s. From humble beginnings to becoming one of Australia’s largest egg producers, we’ve never lost sight of the principles that made us who we are. At Pace Farm, we treat all our hens with the utmost care and respect. We believe in offering our customers the freedom to choose the option that best suits their needs and budget, while maintaining high standards across all our farming systems.

Our Free-Range hens get to enjoy the great outdoors — fresh air, and sunlight, allowing them to engage in natural behaviours such as foraging and dust-bathing for up to eight hours daily. At night, they are securely housed in safe barns.

With fewer than 10,000 hens per hectare, there’s plenty of space for natural activities. On select farms, our Rotational Range System lets hens move across different pastures, helping regenerate the land and keep them grazing throughout the year.

Whether our hens are raised in free range, barn, or cage systems, we ensure every hen is well cared for, reflecting our commitment to their well-being and the quality of our eggs.

At Pace Farm, we’re leading the way in both egg farming innovation and sustainability. Our commitment to continuous improvement ensures that Australians get the best eggs possible, while also helping us reduce our environmental footprint.

One of our proudest achievements is the Wattle Ridge rearing, laying, and grading facility — one of the most advanced in the southern hemisphere. Here, eggs are packed and graded the same day they’re laid, reducing human contact and maximising freshness. Wattle Ridge is also at the forefront of sustainability, with initiatives like water recycling, solar energy generation, and tree planting, which helped it earn the NSW Excellence Award for Environmental Design.

As Australia’s largest solar investor in the egg industry, Pace Farm has been leading the charge on sustainability since 2017. Our expanded solar program now generates enough power to supply the equivalent of 1,300 homes annually, cutting costs and slashing emissions.
