What’s involved?

Supporting John Lewis & Nick van Vliet with all aspects of the listing and selling process
Actively prospecting to generate opportunities for John Lewis & Nick van Vliet
Providing exceptional customer service to vendors and purchasers
Preparing and attending open inspections & auctions
Staying up to date with industry trends and product knowledge
Working alongside a high-performing agent to hone your skills and develop your sales career

A bit about you:

To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:

A current Real Estate Licence (essential)
A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (essential)
Proven sales experience in a similar role (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
