Summary:

We are seeking a highly professional and organized Corporate Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company and will provide exceptional customer service to all visitors and clients. The Corporate Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and performing various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
Schedule appointments and manage conference room reservations
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
Assist with special projects and events as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Both fresh graduate in administration or experienced receptionist or administrative role welcomes to apply
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
