Responsibilities:

Assist in designing and producing high-quality marketing collateral for Noakes Nickolas
Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
Manage and schedule content across all Noakes Nickolas social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Collaborate with videographers to develop engaging, on-brand social media content
Plan and execute Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns to drive lead generation and boost brand visibility
Work closely with the marketing, sales, and property management teams to ensure cohesive and consistent brand messaging
