If your application stands out, you will be contacted by a member of our People & Culture team to complete an online maths assessment.

Our interview process typically involves one interview with a member of our People & Culture team. You will be asked around 15 CV and competency-based questions so we can understand your skills and experience further. We’ll also provide you with insights about the role and answer any questions you may have about our company or team culture.

Our trial period offers candidates a valuable opportunity to showcase their skills while experiencing our work environment first hand. Conducted over three consecutive days, this process enables both you and our team to assess compatibility and determine if the role is the right fit for a long-term commitment.
