None of our roles are entirely office-based! our employees are either hybrid, with an expectation of 1-2 visits to our Bath office per week, or completely remote. Each year we conduct a salary benchmarking process. We believe in compensating our employees fairly for their hard work and dedication. We vow to pay everyone at least the average salary we find in this benchmarking exercise. Then, performance throughout the year is also assessed and rewarded within a pay band in this review.

This is why we give you 28 days annual leave entitlement each year, in addition to the usual UK bank holidays. On top of this we throw in your birthday off for good measure and x2 additional days where the whole company shuts off for a long weekend.

Our frameworks can help you identify your strengths and areas for improvement, as well as help managers have better conversations with their teams, and help us design the right jobs and the right people.
These frameworks aren’t a step-by-step guide and certainly not exhaustive. Think of them more as a compass. They will evolve over time and will always be a work in progress.
Learning and Development
We are excited to introduce our e-learning platform through Employment Hero, giving you control over your learning. You want to learn how to write a compelling email – there is a micro video for that, alongside the thousands of hours of content waiting for you. What will you learn?
We also provide a £1000 L&D fund for each employee, each year. So long as it compliments the skills and expertise needed for your role, your fund can be used to help cover any type of professional qualification – whether that’s a certificate, diploma, license or degree.
