About the Role:

As an IT Solutions Lead –(TechnologyOne) Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing Mutual Marketplace’s IT systems, ensuring they support business objectives efficiently and securely. You will oversee system performance, user access, and integration enhancements while working closely with internal teams and external service providers. This role is based in Brisbane or Adelaide on a permanent, full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support all TechnologyOne modules, including maintaining and developing XLOne reports, ETL, and Business Process Automation.
Oversee user and security management in TechnologyOne, Coupa Expense Management, and other Microsoft systems.
Provide support for Power BI dashboards and data warehouses.
Project manage the implementation and installation of new systems, upgrades, or enhancements of existing systems.
Conduct system testing and rollout of test scripts to staff and customers.
Work on process improvements to better utilize software and streamline processes.
Provide training to team members and customers.
Other ad-hoc support and project work as required.

Skills & Experience Required:

Tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in financial systems analysis or support.
Strong knowledge of financial processes and ERP systems (3+years TechnologyOne experience- essential, Coupa experience - desirable).
Proficiency in Excel, XLOne, Crystal, Power BI, and SharePoint.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in system integration and automation is a plus.
Experience with financial system implementation or upgrades is advantageous.
