What you’ll be responsible for

Leading and developing a skilled maintenance team of 4, with the potential to expand as the site grows
Taking full ownership of engineering and maintenance across the Kings Park site
Driving proactive preventative and predictive maintenance programs
Responding to breakdowns with confidence, urgency, and a safety-first mindset
Leading continuous improvement initiatives that reduce downtime and lift reliability
Managing contractors, compliance, audits, and site standards
Supporting capital works, upgrades, and new equipment installations
Partnering closely with Production, QA, NPD, and site leadership to ensure smooth daily operations

You’ll be trusted to make decisions, influence outcomes, and see the impact of your work. Every day will bring variety and challenge, and you’ll be the person driving results.
