Lifebridge Australia Ltd is a community not-for-profit organisation with over 30 years experience in providing NDIS Support (over 18’s) and Aged Care Services in the NSW Far North Coast and South East Queensland regions.
Established in 1987, Lifebridge has built a solid reputation of providing exceptional service delivery to its customers by delivering a wide range of person centred services designed to support participants to achieve their goals, increase their independence and be a part of their local community.
