Summary:

The Production Worker will operate machinery and equipment to manufacture products, inspect and pack finished products, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and perform other duties as assigned. This is a full-time position in the manufacturing, transport, and logistics industry.

Responsibilities:

Operate machinery and equipment to manufacture products based on production schedules and specifications
Inspect, sort, and pack finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
Perform quality checks, measure and record dimensions, and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality and consistency
Move raw materials, finished products, and supplies around the plant using material handling equipment
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
Report any equipment or safety issues to a supervisor immediately
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or the management team

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred but not required
Ability to read, write, and understand English
Good communication and teamwork skills
Must be able to stand for long periods, lift and move heavy objects, and operate machinery
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
Must be punctual and reliable
Ability to work multiple shifts if needed
