We’re looking for a sharp, creative and self-sufficient Account Executive or Senior Account Executive to join our close-knit Communications team at Kreate.

This is a hybrid role that blends social media, influencer marketing and PR. You’ll help bring campaigns to life for some of Australia’s most exciting hospitality, tourism and lifestyle brands, while also playing a key role in content creation and marketing for Kreate’s own channels.

You’ll develop content calendars, capture real-time content, manage day-to-day socials, lead community management and engagement, and support the PR team across media outreach, coordinate influencer activity, reporting and campaign delivery. You’ll also attend client WIPs, assist with meeting preparation and contribute to campaign wrap-ups.

What You’ll Be Doing

● Plan, create and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn

● Capture photo and video content at events, shoots and venues around Melbourne

● Copywriting for both short-form content (captions, social copy) and long-form pieces (EDMs, blog posts)

● Manage community engagement across client accounts with consistency and tone

● Create social assets in Canva or brief designers for more complex requests

● Track post and campaign performance and develop client reports

● Research, brief, coordinate and liaise with influencers and content creators

● Manage influencer logistics including product seeding, bookings, events and reporting

● Assist with PR tasks including media and list building, press clippings, media outreach support and campaign wrap reports

● Support the broader PR and social team across client activity and internal initiatives

● Lead content planning and delivery for Kreate’s own social and marketing channels

What You Bring

● 2 to 4 years of experience in social media, ideally in an agency environment

● Experience with influencer marketing and a genuine interest in supporting PR activities

● Experience supporting PR activity across media outreach, list development and coverage reporting

● A strong grasp of digital content and creator-led campaigns

● Comfortable capturing content on iPhone and using tools like Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Canva and Sked (or similar)

● Able to work autonomously while also thriving in a collaborative team environment

● Strong copywriting skills across both short and long-form content with versatile tone of voice

● Organised, detail-driven and able to manage multiple tasks and timelines

● Proactive, collaborative and adaptable to the fast pace of agency life

● A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel independently to content shoots

● Based in Melbourne, with flexibility to work on-site, remotely or on the go
