Knight Frank Valuation & Advisory is one of Australia’s most respected independent valuation firms with strong national and global connections. Our Adelaide office is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Junior Administration Assistant to join us full-time.

About the role:

You’ll support our administration and valuation teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to build strong professional skills.

Full-time preferred; flexibility considered for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• General administration and office support

• Assist the Executive Assistant and General Manager

• Support Directors and senior stakeholders

• Coordinate staff and client events

• Prepare meeting agendas, manage calendars, take minutes

• Provide friendly customer service

• Assist with recruitment and staff onboarding

• Order office supplies, snacks and amenities

• Manage mail, couriers and deliveries

About You:

• Friendly, positive and willing to learn

• Strong attention to detail

• Confident phone and email communication

• Good time management and organisational skills

• Able to work independently and in a team

• Intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
